Will It Run GTA V in more than 30 fps at high To V.high Settings ?

So Due to a Budget Issue and i Cant wait any more for more budget to come in because the summer is almost over, I decided with not buy a nice GTX1050/ti and kick it in my pc of these specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 2.9Ghz
Ram: 6 GB Kingston
Everything else i shall set by my self
so How much of a good disgusting bottleneck will i get
on GTA ONLINE R* EDITION ON High To Very High Settings.

Without a dedicated card I doubt it'll even run on low settings.

Almost certainly not, it might be playable at low.

please mind that its very playable with a gt 610 by msi 2GB graphics that i have
AVG/30fps
