Will It run?

I have a 4670k with a z87 motherboard with 8gb of ram, a standard HDD and a 128gb SSD.
I was wondering if i can run an EVGA SC Gtx 770. Also I will use a h60 cpu cooler and most likely 4 fans.
Will my CX 600 run this all smoothly?
Also will i be able to OC anything?
Mainly the GPU but i would like to OC the CPU aswell

According to guru3d a typical system should run a 550W psu:

Your CX600 should be good even with overclocking the system. It should run just fine!
