Will it runs Watch Dogs ?

I just want to know if my computer will run Watch Dogs at max settings because I'm not sure if I need to upgrade something. Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.3 GHz

MB: ASUS P8P67 Pro

GPU: EVGA GTX 780 ACX

RAM: Kingston HyperX 8 GB

Storage: 1 TB Caviar Black + 120 GB Kinston HyperX 3K SSD
