Hmmm. Definitely get the same ram (putting different modules together is not a good idea), newer gpu (preferable one of amd's new releases), a 1-2tb 7200rpm drive (green drives are usually slow), and a higher watt psu (550+).

It's just not advisable as they are different brands (and why wouldn't you want the same ram?). And yes, I would definitely get a different psu.
