Will my laptop be able to run Watch Dogs 60+ Fps when my resolution is at 1366x768 and everything is at lowest settings?

no you need a legit dedicated graphics card to play it kind of decently...(gtx 650 or gtx 460 and above imo and even then it stutters and is barley playable on cards this tier) your graphics card is integrated and is well not good at all... your processor and ram are ok though... if its a desktop get a real graphics card for it if its a laptop your screwed...
