Hi, i have a MS 7641 motherboard and i want to know if it will work my next graphic card Sapphire Radeon R7 360 NITRO, 2048MB, GDDR5, 128 bit, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, Fan

Your MB has the pcie2.0x16 slot, as long as you have the good PSU to power up the r7 360, they will work fine.
