Hi there, MSI GTX 750 + G1610 base clock + LC420H-12 V1.3, is it good idea ? Max. A on 12v rail is 180W but 750 with G1610 is around 170W. Is it safe, won´t i explode ? Thanks for replies !

Better choose a PSU from the PSU tiered list(with some food for thought) as the unit you've chosen looks very dodgy while you base your power needs off of this site.

Pertaining to your CPU, that will produce a bottleneck, you'd need to either move for a higher processor or lower your GPU choice. Celeron's are crippled versions of Pentium processors. I would suggest you go for a G3258 if you have access but an i3 would be a better idea. Might I ask what your current system's are? What do you plan to use your system for? The community may have a better solution that you've chosen.
