As long as it has a PCI-E x16 slot, any GPU will work in it. You need to worry more about CPU bottlenecking and whether your PSU can handle the small extra load of the GT 1030.

My pc has Pci-e x16 2.0. My psu should be good i have a 400w one and they recommend a 300w one.
