The answer is no.

You are running a Ryzen 7 3700x which has no integrated graphics. So even though the port is hypothetically able to support up to 4k, with the right cable, the right monitor that can support the cable and the right CPU, you lack the integrated graphics on the cpu to drive said port. Even then it would only be for the integrated graphics which would be very questionable at anything over 1080. And most monitors don't support the connection for USB. Some will have the USB c for thunderbolt support but the USB...

considering that is a mobo connection, that means it would only be able to ouput a signal coming from an igp of the cpu (if it is even capable of outputing a video signal which is highly unlikely). and none of those are even close to capable of pushing 1440p for anything but office work.

your discrete gpu is what would push such a monitor and that is what you want to worry about what connections it has.
