Question Will lga 2011-3 water blocks fit into lga 2011?

I made a mistake... I bought a water cooling kit that fits into lga 2011-3, but my mobo is lga2011... Will they work together? If not, what can I do?

I think the socket is same and it will work, just those 3 extra pins (2011-3 or v3), like you have 1156,1150,1151.

I think the sockets are the same size and mounting point distances are the same and the pinout and electrical layout of the two versions are different.

Best thing is to check on the cooler manufacturer's website.

If there is no exact information (unlikely) you can ask them by giving them the name and model of the mohterboard and those of the cooler.
