will my 32 gb corsair LPX (4 x 8 ) with deep cooling assasin 2 cooler

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to ask , will my 32 gb corsair LPX (4 x 8 ) will fit along with the deep cooling assasin 2
I'm scared to get the cooler then to find out that it doesn't fit
I have gigabyte gaming 7 mobo
please keep in mind that im trying to use 4 ram sticks

many online pic suggest it'll fit LPX, later, if it nudge RAM, simply adjust the fan's clip, will it be any performance drop because fan's blade not completely blows the fins? unlikely, why, thermodynamic, one middle fan can pull and push enough air on assassin II, prove, I added second fan on noctua NH D15S hoping to get additional quarter cooling capacity, it didn't.
