Will my 550W Be Enough for r9 290

Should be fine. If you take a look at the 290 over at Anand here: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7481/the-amd-radeon-r9-290-review/15

You notice their peak power usage was 384 watts, but keep in mind that's from the wall and not what the power supply is delivering. If their power supply was 90% efficient that means that about 345 watts were actually being put out to the machine by the power supply.

It's really hard to tell by the picture on the thermaltake site, but I think your 12v line is rated for 42 amps, which works out to 504 watts. So if you are using 350 that would put you hovering right around 70% of your capacity. As a general rule of thumb for longevity and reliability you probably want to stick to less than 80% of your capacity. I also doubt your CPU uses the same amount of power as the anandtech test rig (which I believe is a hex core i7...) so you'd probably be running a little less than their example, which should leave you plenty of room to tweak settings if you want.
