Minecraft is very cpu intensive. Not very gpu intensive. If you're planning to install SEUS than yes both, but If you were to run minecraft it would run at about 40 fps because your cpu is dual core. get a quad core or six core.

Minecraft is dependant on a single core, dont listen to Luke. The AMD E series is extremely bad. Stay away from it. If you insist on a laptop, there are many budget (300$) laptops with A8 APU's that will run MC very well.

i have a toshiba laptop with the same specs as yours and it totaly sucks, mine laptop can run at 10-20 FPS on servers in singleplayer it runs 15-30 FPS, on LOW settings and defealt texturepack .

one word:
don't buy a laptop with this specs if you wan to play games on it.
