Will my Asrock-h61m-hvs work with an i5 3570

I have an i5-3570 and have been trying to get it to work with my motherboard but it doesnt work maybe i should upgrade my bios or should i buy a new mother board that is cheap because im on a budget

Technically, the I5-3570 (non-K) is not on the CPU Support List, though I have no idea why. I would check your current BIOS version and if it's older than P1.90, I'd upgrade to that version and then retry the processor. If you have version P1.90 or later already installed, then I would suggest that the processor just is not compatible with that motherboard (for whatever reason) and look to a different motherboard.
