I have Asrock P67 Pro3 motherboard.

I want to know will it support MSI GeForce GTX 950.

I have Antec 380d PSU.

I have i5 processor. 8gm Ram. Large Case.

Simple Answer: Yes, it will support the GTX 950.

Motherboard: No Problem
PSU (380W): GTX 950 requires 350W

Both good to go based on manufacture specs and requirements.
