Well I know for sure that I won't be able to run it on recommended settings, but will I be able to get at least around 30 fps on minimum settings for GTA V on my HP Pavilion All-In-One PC ?

My specs are :
Core i5-4570T processor
4GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB hard drive space (i just mentioned this for namesake, its quite obvious i have enough space)
aaand a GT 710.

I bought my PC a few months ago, and I can run most games from 2012 and before at decent fps on med settings. I can run some 2013 games on low settings too.
I'm a real fan of open world city-ish games, and I've played san andreas, sleeping dogs, just cause 2, and a few others, so I'm really hoping I can at least run GTA 5...

I suggest upgrading to a GTX 560 or a 580 Ti if your budget gives. GTA V requires a GTX 480 to run (or at least what I've heard it requires.) Other components can handle them but you'll need to go low because of your RAM. Get a matching 4gb stick to max out the game. You can run it all low if you keep your current card and stick.

Thanks, just what I was looking for. I might be getting a new graphics card next year, but until then I'll at least be able to run it on all low when it comes out...

All low then yes, he can play. But who wants to play GTA V on low anyway? For the minimum(Again, as what I've heard) is a GT 530. His CPU is OK, His RAM RAM is 2gb short and his Video card is A LONG WAY away from highest. (GTA V uses a Core i5 2500T at highest. and Core 2 Duo E8200)
