It seems decent enough, and I don't see any compatibility errors

Yeah, everything should work. 850W is sufficient if you want to have 2 980 Ti's, so 1 980 Ti is just fine. Feel free to add another one when you'd like.

I would switch the Crucial SSD out with an 850 Evo from Samsung. It's faster.

Also, 8GB is enough. I've never reached it before, and I play games like GTA and all. Up to you though.

As for the monitor, it's a very good 144hz monitor. A lot of people use it.

That looks like a solid build, kudos for adding a SSD in there. The PSU is adequate for the GPU and rest of the system.
