You should build your pc on pcpartpicker, it will tell you if the parts are compatible.

It will work, but you need to have at least 400w psu for such upgrade.

Yes. The GTX 960 will work with that motherboard (assuming you have the power supply to power it). You would need to remove the GT610 and it's graphic card drivers. Then install the GTX 960 and install it's graphic drivers.

How do i found out the power supply I have

Usually, there is a sticker attached to the power supply unit which identifies the manufacturer and model number.

They is a sticker with 4 models on all over 650 watts

That sticker shows a dot in the top line (600watts).

Personally, I've never heard of that product, so I'll assume it's just an average power supply (and I'd consider replacing it). That said, 600 watts would be more than enough to power your system with the GTX 960.
