So I know I might need a graphic upgrade budget around 200-260 Canadian thanks in advance.

we won't know until the game is released really. if it was me, i'd wait for the release, check the reviews and feedbacks, then upgrade as needed.
based on the screenshots, it will not be easy to get decent fps, hopefully the game is optimized

if you're playing 1080p I'm positive a 280x would run it at 1080p@60fps medium and probably 45-55fps on high, its likely you can run most of it on high and would have to reduce the AntiAliasing a bit.

if i were you, i'd wait for the game, wait for reviews to see how cards will perform
