Hi guys so today my desktop just went 2 short beeps and 1 long beep[Repeated 5times]. That's an indication of video card error. To confirm its my video card issue, I'm thinking of making use of my integrated graphics. The main issue is that I can't Uninstall Drivers Of External Graphic Card and I can't even access to bios. So is it ok that I just remove my video card and turn on my desktop?

PC:Compaq Presario CQ3280D
GPU: ATI Radeon HD4350
CPU:Intel Core i3 530
MOBO:MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E)

Yea, there's a light GPU in that CPU, it'll automaticly switch on the moment you unplug your big GPU.

The worst thing that can happen, is that you just have a black screen, nothing can break, nothing can go wrong. I pulled my GTX960 out of my PC accidently (don't ask me how that happend xD), and there were no issues at all, my integrated graphics just turned on. Put my 960 back in there, rebooted and everything was fixed. If PCs can handle derpy people like me, it should be fine :)

Not a problem, in fact, in many cases all you really need to do is move the monitor cable from the graphics card output to the motherboard output to swap from dedicated to integrated graphics.
Just a few points on removing the dedicated card:
Power down the system and remove the power cord before proceeding.
You'll most likely need a medium sized Phillips or Pozidrive screwdriver to undo the small screw that is (probably) retaining the graphics card.
There's a small plastic tab on the PCI-E slot itself, located at the back-nearest to the HDD cages-that further secures the graphics card, check your manual because some need to be pushed and others pulled to release, and you may need to hold the tab while carefully withdrawing the card itself.
If you're just troubleshooting there's no need to worry about drivers, unless you have uninstalled them the integrated drivers will still be there, if you have uninstalled them Windows will use its own limited driver set until either it updates automatically or you do.
