Will my computer work?

So I'm doing my first desktop build and don't know too much about computers so i was hoping someone could give me some advice on any parts that will hold me back or are not compatable.
Am strongly considering using;

Graphics card: EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Desktop

Processor FD6300WMHKBOX

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

I am building this for a Gaming desktop looking for the best i can get on a budget of about $800 AUD total, also advice on power supply needs would be much appreciated.

Evereything looks good. Something like this should work fine for a power supply. You'll likely only be using about 200w all together.
