Question Will my cpu be ok?

Ive had my cpu for around a year, and ive never knew until now, that my cpu temps average 90F, that is very bad so im getting a new cooler and gonna do some other steps to help it, but will my cpu be fine or has damage been applied, if fine how long do u think it will last?
