Hello im looking to upgrade my MSIR7950 graphics card and am not sure if my intel i5 3570k 3.4ghz will bottleneck a 1070 graphics card. Games I play are Black desert, Vindictus and some other MMOs.

Solution
For 165 Hz monitor, 1070 seems to be the choice for 1080p. Your PSU and other components will support it just fine. There may be a slight bottleneck from your CPU and RAM, but you will soon upgrade them anyway. Go with it, I say! All the best. :)
