Will my current specs work with GTX 1060 or 1070

Hi guys, I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card to GTX 1060/1070
can these specs handle it? or do i need to upgrade them?

my current specs are:
Gigabyte B85M-HD3 Motherboard
Intel Core i5 4460
Asus GTX 760 DC2OC Edition
8GB Kingston Hyper X Ram
Seagate 1TB HDD
GX2 PRO 650w PSU
Cooler Master K280 Case

Certainly. The Haswell quad core is great for the 1060 and adequate for the 1070. The power supply is fine too. Might check the length of the card you decide on to be sure it fits that case. It has the drive cage set so that the drives protrude into the space where the expansion cards go.
