I've seen the answer to other threads saying yes I just want to make sure with my specific motherboard (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01881PARU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and this graphics card (https://www.ebay.com/itm/nVIDIA-GeForce-GT730-4GB-GDDR5-128Bit-PCI-Express-Game-Video-Card-Graphics-Card-/222543007382?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275)

P.S is the nVIDIA GeForce GT730 good for new gaming

First and foremost so long as your PCI-e slot conforms to version 2.0 and above you can drop in a PCI-e 2.0 and above into the aforementioned slot. The GPU you're referring to will be backwards compatible. However the board you have is from a prebuilt machine and as such will have a custom BIOS from Acer in which it's highly possible that the GT730 will show you a black screen upon powering up due to a lack of a compatible UEFI BIOS environment.

If anything you will need to move to a more current platform. On another note, what is the make and model of your PSU and how old is it?
