Will my fan get in the way of my RAM?

Hi guys! I have a Gigabyte z87-ud4h with 2x4GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM with the heat spreaders. I'm considering getting a CoolerMaster V8 GTS (this is a show off rig). I'm worried that the V8 will get in the way of my Vengeance RAM. Is this something I should worry about?

From one review, tweaktown.com, they said there is a 50mm space for the RAM under the cooler. And I find the info for the Vengeance RAM which is 52.5mm so you are better to buy the low profile RAM otherwise it will not fit.

Yes the ram modules are too tall.
