Will my Fx6300 @ 5.0 bottleneck my GTX970?

I just built my system and im pretty sure ive got an overclock of 5.0 going on. Will my fx6300 at 5.0 bottleneck my msi gtx970? I just ordered my gpu and i want to make sure i can get the most out of it.

yes compared to say an intel i5 it will not get as many fps but should be very playable

It wasnt too stable so i was still benchmarking it, but i ended up getting it stable at 4.9. Just wanted to make sure the cpu will be fine with an overclocked 970
