Will my graphics card work with stock Motherboard?

I like your thinking. However, that's probably way over the OP's budget though. If he can afford it, then yeah, why not?
Also, @XihaoKevin According to the link, you have a Core 2 Quad Q8200 (a decent old CPU) which could definitely do with a good upgrade.

System Power Supply Requirements for a single GeForce GT 610 (Retail) version
NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 300 Watt or greater system power supply. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)
the system power supply must also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 16 Amps or greater

The HP Pavilion Elite m9525f 350W power supply has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 25 Amps. That's more than sufficient.

That ASUS GT610-2GD3-CSM will have no problem fitting into the computer case and is fully backward compatible with the motherboard's PCI Express 1.1 graphics card slot. The graphics card gets all of its power through the PCI Express slot on the motherboard.

Your motherboard has a pciex16 slot so the card will fit easily in it and the pc has 350w psu which is more than enough for a gt610....no need to think more, just buy that card...

I don't feel like upgrading my CPU at the moment, since I think it is very decent and gets the job done pretty nicely. If you can give me any recommendations for a better CPU, and it is in my budget range, then I can defiantly give it a shot.

Sorry, it doesn't have CUDA (as it's not an NVIDIA card), but it does support DX11, 11.2 and DX12. Also, I made a typing mistake before. I meant to say that your CPU is old but good, so you should get a better GPU (not CPU) to compliment it. Sorry about that.
If you decide on upgrading, I'd highly recommend this card (a million times better than the GT 610), and has many more CUDA cores:

Also, you'll need a MOLEX PCI-e adapter.

It's your decision though, but I'm just recommending it.

I don't think that card will work on my computer. Is the GTX 750 good?

Yeah the gtx 750 is good but I prefer the gtx 750 ti

The GTX 750 Ti is out of my price range, also, which one is better? The GTx 750 or The GT 730

The gtx 750 is actually a dx11.2 card but some the dx12 effects would work on all dx11 , dx11.1 & dx11.2 cards

Yeah, I guess so. Meaning that the GT 730 is DX12 compatible too.

So does that mean that most GPUs which have been released in the past few years will support DX12 if you have Windows 10 installed?

The GTX 750 is out of my budget, but the GT 730 isn't. It is just $99.99 at my local store

Get a used gtx 750 then
