I would say that it would fit, looks like that case has atleast a foot (from the pics, mind you), plus it's a full tower form factor.

Yeah, a case that size should be able to easily accommodate a 12 inch graphics card.

Yup should fit with room to spare. That case is @26" deep. Part of that is the front door panel adding @2" to it that dont effect the interior space between the drive cages and the rear pci slots...but its still deep enough to support the longest cards and still have some room.
