Will my GTX 770 be bottlenecked by my locked processor? (3.4 GHZ)

Hi, would my I7- 4770 locked CPU at 3.40 GHZ bottleneck my GTX 770 GPU? If so, would I need to OC? I do not want to OC since i'm new to it, and dont want instability because im not super enthusiast and dont plan to get SLI or anything...please advise me, thankyou

no, the 4770 at stock speed is plenty for the gtx770.
