Nope, you are fine up to a 270x or GTX 760. Minor bottleneck with 960

You'll be perfectly fine. I have a GTX 750 TI and a i5 4690K, I never see my i5 above 40% on all 4 cores when gaming.

That i3 is good up to about a GTX 960. You are fine.
