Will my i5 2600 bottleneck my GTX 1070?

I want to play The witcher 3 and future games. Should i upgrade? what would be a good new CPU?

If your set on getting the 1070 then you might as well test it while your gaming. If your FPS doesn't increase by lowering the settings then the CPU is the issue. It would be then that I'd consider upgrading.

Oh ok, that will be a good upgrade. TBH there's really no way for use to tell you if your 2600 is going to hold back that GTX 1070 without testing like I said above. While there might be some games in which the 2600 holds it back I think it's going to be very minor and shouldn't affect gameplay.

You can give me a recommondation. Should i buy the 1070 or should i first upgrade my cpu

I'd buy the GTX 1070.
