Will my intel 4500 graphic accelerator work for ffxiv

A buddy of mine is wondering if his computer will run ffxiv with a intel 4500 graphic accelerator?

It may, the minimum specs are:

512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 9600 series or higher
512MB ATI RadeonTM HD 2900 Series or higher

But the 4500 may have most of the features that those two offer, it will just need to be run on low settings.
