Will my intel 945GNT chipset motherboard support nvidia 9600 gt card 1 GB?

mine is a pentium D 3ghz...with 1gb ram nd 6200 turbo cache card..

nw i`d lyk to go for 9600gt n add two 2gb(=4gb RAM) kngstons...n 9600gt card.
will my motherboard support???

If it is that board in the pick link then go for as long you got a decent psu. As for the ram if you are able to set the speeds and timings from with in the bios set the ram speed to 667 or 800 with 4 or 5 triple by 12 or 15 to saturate the fsb. The old netburst chips had a very poor fsb to mult.
