GPU: Intel Integrated 4000

Storage: 500GB

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro

Ram: 6 GB
Vram: I don't know but is at default.

Laptop: Asus Vivobook S400ca

Thank you for those who will respond. Appreciate it!

Solution
Because your using iGPU, I would say no. Here are the specs for the game:

Minimum specifications:
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2* (*NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB
DVD Drive

Recommended specifications:
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8GB

From Rockstar's webpage.

Tom's Hierarchy List for GPU's. Intel 4000 iGPU is about 6800 Ultra/7600 GT discrete level.

Might get some luck on low resolution, but that is an iffy proposition.

Solution
I won't "rage" about it but I highly doubt it will run well.

Hard to say as it's not out yet. Maybe on lowest settings at 1360x768?

I played TORCHLIGHT 2 on an a desktop i5-4670K which has a better GPU and it ran okay but that's not a very demanding game.

http://www.pcgamer.com/gta-5-system-requirements-announced/ (minimum HD4870)

HD4000 passmark: 455

HD4870 passmark: 1375

If this is accurate then your GPU is roughly 3X lower than what the minimum spec calls for. I'm not sure what the "minimum" means exactly though my guess is something like 1366x768 with lowest settings to manage 30FPS average.

Does that mean its totally impossible for me to run it. Or I can run it but its going to be extremely slow or just REALLY low settings?

You won't know until you install it and try to run it. I wouldn't say you can't, but by the minimum specs I would say you are going to struggle to get a playable experience. If you keep the resolution down, 1366 x 768 or less, you might be able too but that is just guessing at this point. The game hasn't released and obviously hasn't been optimized, so having computer specs on the low end can create an unwanted experience. If your buying the game anyway then it doesn't hurt to try, but be warned that you might need an upgrade or at the least a newer laptop.

I would consider looking at most laptops with a dedicated GPU or even some of the newer AMD based laptops (if they can be found). Most AMD based laptops have a bit better iGPU over Intel, so that is why I mentioned it. If your in the U.S. you can occasionally find some low end laptops that can run okay with most games (with settings turned down) in the $400-600 price range, so keep that in mind.
Obviously you can build a better desktop system than a laptop, but you don't have the portability of the laptop.

I'm not actually buying a new one, I'm just asking if I could run it. Thanks anyways. I'm getting a new pc tho.
