Question will my laptop gpu support 144 hz monitor

Hello everyone, i have a Matebook D16 with 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H and İntel UHD-Graphics GPU with an HDMI 2.0 port, will it be able to support an external 144 or 120 hz monitor, or i will get 60 hz no matter what. Thanks in advance

It should, but only up to 1440p.

But going off the processors info;

it'll be 60Hz for the higher resolutions listed. I'm sure you should be fine with lower resolutions but at 144Hz.
