Will my machine run 1440p + 1080p?

Okay guys I have been here before asking whether or not my PC would run 1440p...
The answer was yes by ChumP but I have another question...

Would my PC run a 1440p monitor along with a 1080p monitor?
The monitors would be around 23" each...

My machine is as follows:
EVGA GTX 970 FTW 4GB
Intel Core i5 2300 2.5 GHz QCore
8GB DDR3 RAM
