Well, your MoBo supports ...
4×240pin
DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600/1866/2133* (OC)
up to 32GB
Dual Channel

So, you can use 2133 RAM, but you will have to set it's speed and timings manually.

As for combining RAMs with different speeds, you can only have your RAM go as fast as the slowest card in your build, so if you combined 1866 and 2133, you would have to run all your RAM at 1866.

Finally, the difference in speed will only change the speed of your game or program by about ~3FPS.

In addition to what shockeray said, I wouldn't buy that ram. Its overpriced and you can get similar performance for sooo much less. For games in particular ram speed doesn't matter at all. Its less than 1 fps, within margin of error even. Unless you are running programs that are specifically designed to take full advantage of super fast ram, its just wasted money.

Thou the IB CPU's will now take advantage of higher RAM speeds nothing currently exists to take advantage gaming wise.

I realize that game performance isn't going to be affected by very much, however, I will be using programs like sony vegas and adobe after effects. Will they take advantage of faster RAM?

Well, as I said, the difference is so little it's really only seen on benchmarks, you might as well save the extra money unless you just want bragging rights.

Haha, I would rather brag that I saved more money. I think im going to go with the 1866 ram since it's on sale for only $100.
