Hi

I recently bought a gtx 1060 for my Acer pre-built $450 pc. It comes with a i7 4790, 220W power supply and a GT 710 (Which im about to change) And my motherboard is an Aspire TC-605. I was wondering if my PC will run games at 60 fps consistenly with no issues. I saw a comment saying that my motherboard has to support my GTX 1060 and I got scared. Fast answers will be appreciated.

Thank you and stay safe.

That PSU is way weak, I'd upgrade that first and foremost. At load I'm sure you could spike past the capacity of the unit, generating instability and other poor behavior like random shutdowns or overheating.

With a few outliers, if it's PCIE and it fits, it will work.
