Greetings from Gallowmere!
I Have a old Asus P8H61 M LK R2 Sata II motherboard and recently my father gave me an SSD ( Samsung 870 Evo ) but I only get 260 Mb/s instead of the 560/530 write/read that I'm supposed to get. But now I have Asus p8Z68V- LX which is Sata III will this new motherboard let me achieve the maximum allowed speeds by my SSD?
My specs are:
Corsair VS 550W PSU
I5 3570
RX 570 8GB
16GB DDR3 Ram 1333Mhz (2x8gb)
500GB SSD Samsung 870 EVO
1TB Western Digital 7200Rpm 64MB Cache
2TB Seagate BarraCuda 7200Rpm 256MB Cache
