Will my PC handle a gpu upgrade?

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI Z77 MPOWER
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
RAM: Corsair XMS 2x8 1600Mhz
GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 670 2GB
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power E9 - 480W
Storage: 250GB Samsung SSD + 2 Toshiba HDD's

The GPU I want is the MSI RTX 2070 Armor 8GB.
My biggest concern is the PSU, as it is only 480W.
I don't know if the Motherboard or CPU would be problematic,
but I hope not, because I'm not looking for a complete overhaul.

Your PSU is solid and you won't need to change it simply because the 2070 has a tdp of 175W, while your 670 had a tdp of 170W. So they are pretty matched in power consumption.
Also that be quiet power supply has around 90% efficiency at low and high load levels, so you shouldn't worry about it.
As for the CPU you should see its age, but the 2070 will be a huge upgrade over your 670 still.

I would recommend switching out you PSU to a higher- capacity one, (maybe a 600w or even 750 to be safe for future upgrades) as the 2070 draws a lot of power (175w max) and even though the other components are older and use less power, I would recommend the PSU upgrade just to be safe.
