I'm currently running a GTX 750 Ti in my computer and have a few questions regarding upgrading.

1) Is it a noticeable difference upgrading from a GTX 750 Ti to a GTX 1050 Ti? If not, is there a GPU I could get for just a little bit more money that would make a more noticeable change in performance?

2) Will my computer be compatible with running a GTX 1050 Ti?

3) Based on my specs, is upgrading my GPU the best upgrade to make right now to improve performance?

Specs: CPU - AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor
RAM - 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
Motherboard - MSI 760GMA-P34(FX)
GPU - 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (MSI)

You will see a noticeable difference between both cards. as "MatasJur" said, GTX 1050ti is 30% better in every game, and in some GPU intensive games the 2 GB of extra Vram is able to pull extra 30 FPS in all games. same matter with games running at high or very-high settings, so according to your specs GTX 1050Ti worth the money.
if we talk about higher-end models like a GTX 1060 3 GB or 6 GB, you may see a bottleneck in some games. So, my advise is that if you are ready to upgrade you CPU then get a 1060 or 1070 for high-end CPU's or if you don't want to upgrade your rig any soon then i strongly recommend you to go for GTX 1050Ti to get the most out of your money.
Looking at benchmarks, the 1050ti is a good bit better than the 750ti (around 20-30 fps more in all games) but for a little bit more money you could get a gtx 1060
Price of the 1050ti is like 150£ here and you can get the 1060 for 199£ which is better than both cards
