PC Specs:
AMD A8 7650k 3.3ghz
Kingston 8gb ram 1600ghz one stick only DDR3
R9 270 2GB DDR5
120gb SSD
1 TB HD
Windows 10 64 bit

I am 100% sure that it can't run it on max settings or high settings.

I do not mind normal settings or even low as long as the game is playable 60 FPS.

Not sure if my current specs are good enough to run the game in normal settings 60 FPS.

You can see the average was just 65.7FPS with a similar APU (CPU part only used), but the game was set to higher graphical settings as it's using a GTX1080 so your CPU requirement isn't quite as high.

Still, online Multiplayer can vary quite a bit. They probably used SINGLE PLAYER to test as well.

I hope that gives you enough information. Basically with some tweaking you should get a good experience.

(You can try using RADEONPRO and force on "Dynamic VSYNC" which will turn VSYNC OFF if you drop below 60FPS on 60Hz monitor. This causes screen tear instead of stutter but usually stutter is worse)

GPU:
It's probably fine at LOW/MEDIUM...
YES. Probably. (I assume this is BATTLEFIELD 1?)

I'm not certain if you can maintain 60FPS online though as that can be problematic.

And DX12 in theory can make the CPU less of a bottleneck but it was causing stuttering. I'm not sure how it is now with updates as I don't own the game.

It's probably fine at LOW/MEDIUM settings though I'm guessing. Most benchmarks use the ULTRA or HIGH settings so it's hard to say without owning the card.

But... it's been done and even though he uses a better CPU I already showed you can sustain 60FPS (mostly) with the other link:
