Hard to say for certain, the game is, after all, still in development but high settings should be OK.

But as you said it will be the game being glitchy and buggy as the game is still in development. He has a GTX 760 that can run BF4 on Ultra so DayZ Standone will be fine but as you said may be abit buggy.
