Will my pc run properly with 450 watt?

So i am new with these things.. I'm about to buy a pc with an i7 2600 gtx 970 (4gb) 8 gb ram and 450 watt.. Can i game/stream properly with this rig?

Yeah the PSU is just fine but for streaming/gaming ,atleast the rysen 5 will do better than i7 2600.

450 watts will be more than enough as long as you don't go higher than a gtx 1060 for dedicated graphics.
