Question Will my pc run PUBG smoothly on high ?

i5 3470
8gb ram willing to upgrade them to 16gb
and i'm willing to get one of the following gpus : gtx 960/970/980
so will my cpu bottleneck either of the gpus mentioned or will i have any kind of problems while running pubg on high settings.
