Select windows which you are currently using, after you downloaded , extract and run AFUWIN (for windows) as administrator (right click run as) and follow the instructions.

I don't wanna to scare you but make sure there are no power outages and everything would go fine. And if you have antivirus , please disable it.

KEEP IN MIND, FLASHING BIOS IN WINDOWS IS RISKY SOMETIMES! IF YOU BRICK YOUR MOTHERBOARD THAT IS YOUR OWN DOING!

Only if it is the 1.0A version known as the ECS 945gct m2/1333 as show HERE.

The original ECS 945gct m2 v1.0 will not -- it only supports up to the E6600 as you can see HERE.
