Will my PC supprot 2K monitor?

Here is my rig:
AMD FX 8320E
Gigabyte 970 Gaming rev1.1
ASUS STRIX 470 O4G
8GB of DDR3 1866MHz RAM

I am currently using LG W1934S, its 19" 1440 x 900 display, I work as designer so i need something better than this flickering crap. I am planning to buy Lenovo L24q-10 IPS QHD, this monitor is 2560 x 1440. I dont play games very much, but I AM PLAYING.

Can my pc support this monitor, 2k, or i should look for 21:9 2560x1080

For the 470 I would stick with 1080. 1440p only if you are playing games like CSGO, LOL, Dota, or less demanding games or photo editing. Otherwise, I would go with the 1080p monitor.
