Will my power supply be good enough to Power a GTX 970 4GB?

I'm planning to buy a GTX 970 and am wondering if my 420-watt power supply, which came with my cooler master case would cover the card.

Depends on brand and model. A high quality one yes, a cheap chinesse one no.
