I am planning to buy a Asus Strix GTX 960 2gb GPU, I want to know if my current rig will bottleneck the gpu. My current rig is:

Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Mid Tower Cabinet
Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
Intel Pentium G620 Dual Core 2.6 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB Desktop SATA Internal Hard Drive

I am mainly worried about my processor, I have plans to change my processor in a couple of months but i would prefer to postpone it to a maximum of 1 year if its possible. If i need more RAM memory I can add another 4gb or 8gb. So I would like to know your suggestions.

The links are from Indian websites since I am from India, Please don't mind them.

Yes it will definitely work, just game performance will be odd because of the GPU overpowering the processor so much, so your best bet is to turn the resolution and details down on games you plan to play.
The answer is probably. It depends on what games you are playing. I'm running a GTX 970 overclocked with an Athlon X4 640 for Lord of the Rings online. CPU and GPU never exceed 50%. But I know if I were to play BF and others I might experience problems.

I agree with Rogue Leader and add another 4GB of memory.

Ok then I will upgrade my processor ASAP. But can I still use the GTX 960 with my current rig until i change the processor?
Because my current GPU has lots of issues and it needs to be replaced immediately, that's the reason am going for the GPU first.
